SHOWCASING LIFE
THROUGH MY EYES
I've been involved in media for the last 15 years. I began broadcasting and journalism in my sophomore year in college. During college, I anchored, practiced journalism, reported on stories, created visual content, worked as the head of social media in multiple departments, and much more. I’ve even put on sports broadcasting alongside NAIA and ESPN. Since college, I have been a professional photographer for 6 years. I create to make others feel and to show the world through my eyes to clients. While being a photographer, I have also created through media such as videography, graphic design, and mass media. This has led me to acquire many skills and experiences over the years. My eye for creative direction and my work ethic have given me the tools to expand in art and marketing. At this point in my career, I’m looking to use my skills to help clients create their vision with my eye and to help companies give their clients the best visual creation.

I was raised in Kansas City, MO, and spent short periods living in California. Both sides of my family are from the West Coast, from areas like Los Angeles, Long Beach, and Compton.  The years of growing up immersed in black culture and experiences shaped the way I view the world. This has also affected my voice, which led to my media journey at the age of fourteen in my sophomore year of high school. In California, my great-grandmother’s home was filled with vintage furniture that helped grow my taste and vision. The elders and as well as the youth in my family gave me experiences that shaped how I see the world, especially as a black man. A lot of my storytelling has a vintage taste to it that continuously excerpts Black culture into my inspiration and creative process.
